I unfortunately cannot recommend working with Regus or their area manager, John Murphy. We had toured a couple of locations including a relatively new spot in Bensenville which we liked but needed a few days to discuss. Based off of what John said myself and my colleagues were led to believe that we needed to open the link and fill out the agreement to lock in our price. The following day we did just that. I also immediately followed up the agreement with a text to John stating that we need more time as the office is a little pricier than we had originally planned. I began getting invoice/welcome messages after. So I texted John again regarding the confusion. He later texted me saying that opening the link was how you saved the price and that the agreement is legally binding. I then expressed that myself and my two colleagues were under the same impression and that I would like the agreement terminated as no payment method was offered, no move in date was set, and I have messages time stamped that clearly indicates a confusion. He said he needed higher up approval and that he would get back to me, but it’s been a week with no update. All the while I continue to get “welcome” emails etc. I’ve called him, texted him, left emails with no response. I’ve also tried calling their billing office to talk to someone so that this can be resolved but their automated phone set up tells you to log into your account and then just hangs up on you. This whole over complicated experience has given me a very bad feeling so I cannot recommend working with Regus regardless of the office.

Pretty Poor Customer Service. Front Desk always has a bad attitude. Makes you feel like they're doing you a favor. Grumpy, hesitant to help. Scares away clients. Decor is outdated, kitchen cups are dirty. Really, is it that hard to have some pride in doing your job? We are paying a service, and not getting any value for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • To truly understand what Regus - One Lincoln Centre has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • At Regus - One Lincoln Centre, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
