I was sitting up front by the desk, and Anna along with 5 other Latin employees were looking at me and talking in Spanish the entire time I waiting to be seen. I felt very uncomfortable and would not like to return.

The staff here are fabulous, especially Eva and Martha. They are quick to help with opening doors, getting access to my account when I can’t figure it out, and other things that make working here feel like a community. My only wish is that when we walked into the lobby, and some of us do come in before 8:30 AM, that the lights would either come on by motion sensor or automatically by 7 AM. It remains very dark in the entryway and kitchen area where everybody walks in, some people are getting coffee, others are putting lunch items into the refrigerator. I hope you will consider this suggestion, or at least confirm that you received my message and have decided not to do this for the upcoming fiscal year. Thank you for your time reading this request.

I recently booked a coworking space however the firewall at my company would not allow me to use the Wi-Fi at the Regus. My access started on 10/1 and I let the salesperson know I was having issues accessing the network on 10/2 and would need to cancel my contract. She suggested I try different methods to connect, which I did. I worked with my IT, tried purchasing an Ethernet adapter, and tried a wifi range extender, none of which worked. They take two months deposit when you sign on. Their policy is you need to notify the month prior of cancellation. I notified that I was having issues the second day of access and 29 days prior to the end of the month. I was informed that not only could they not do anything about terminating the contract early in October, but they would also be keeping the November payment as well. $500 with literally no value provided. Moral of the story, make sure you can connect to the Wi-Fi before you sign the contract bc there is no way out once you do. Buyer beware
