Using Regus was one of the worst business decisions I’ve made. I signed up in a panic after closing my retail store because I needed a professional business address. Instead, Regus created a duplicate account that I never requested and charged more than $500 through it. Regus admitted in writing that the duplicate account was caused by an internal error. My credit card company contacted Regus directly while investigating the charges, and the disputes from the incorrect account were accepted. I accidentally disputed one legitimate $168 charge from my correct account, that dispute was denied, and I fully accept responsibility for my mistake. The distinction between the legitimate and unauthorized charges was clearly established. Nearly three months later, I’m still dealing with the account Regus created in error. They recently placed another $35 credit on it and are making me submit a request through that incorrect account to get my money back. The amount isn’t the point anymore. It’s the repeated billing failures, months-long refund process, and complete lack of accountability. Jennifer Cordero has been dismissive throughout this process and recently blamed the credits on “errors in billing and the payments that you have made,” despite Regus’s written admission that its system created the problem. At this point, the contradictory responses and continued blame-shifting feel like gaslighting. Regus will likely respond by asking me to email another department. I already have, repeatedly. If you’re a small-business owner considering Regus during a move, closure, or transition, please research your alternatives first. I wish I had.

Google is a phenomenon. It is incredibly accurate, can give detail I never expected, is accurate and friendly. Wow The only way I might have obtained the information would be to drive there, go in the building ask for information, and hope someone is at the desk. I am 76 years old, it would never have occured to me that I could do all of this with my laptop. I purchased my first HP 2004, my husband was resistant to learning anything online. He passed away 8 months ago, never looked at my computer nor did he ever agree to havng a cellphone. He was a dinosaur. I loved him for 52 years my blind date of late March 1973 who I married May 10 1973. Lucky, lucky me. I think I will spend more time exploring my computer and my cellphone. This info is more than helpful, it is vital.
