Check out the BBB reviews and run. I was on auto pay but was constantly charged late fees. Years to get some back. My favorite- unauthorized use of my credit card for over $15,000. Study up. Here’s a sample from the BBB: Regus led us to believe we would only be paying a certain amount for virtual offices. But without notice, without approval, and before the end of the agreement terms, they increased rates and/or added fees for services we don't need. This happened several times over a 4-year period. They have not acted in good faith and have changed the rules and rates unilaterally and without notice or approval, which has put our business at financial risk. We want to terminate our current agreement immediately and stop future REMOVED. Timeline:March 2022: we start our virtual office agreement for both the Mountain View and Irvine addresses. We order mail forwarding for Mountain View, but not for REMOVED. August 2023: REMOVEDasked me for a forwarding address. I told them we don't need mail forwarded and had opted out of it at the beginning. They agreed to hold the mail and inform us when it came. December 2023: I realized that they had been charging us for mail forwarding for REMOVEDfor several months. I contacted them and they acknowledged the error and credited me partially for the charges. This shows that in 2023, they acknowledged that we had opted out of mail forward for REMOVED. I was also not happy that they could only do a partial credit but I just accepted it. December 2023: Both Irvine and Mountain View sent renewal notices. Both agreements was for two years (April 2024-March 2026). The renewal rate for Irvine was $119 per month and for Mountain View was $149 per month.March 2025: With a year left in our 2-year agreement, both REMOVEDand Mountain View increased our rates. The new rate was now $124.59 for Irvine and $156 for Mountain View. Again, the rates were supposed to stay at $119 and $149, respectively, until March 2026. They refused to correct.May 2026: Irvine Spaces added a $9 mail forward fee. They had not previously charged this and we had opted out of this at the beginning. They continued to charge this fee. More BBB: Date: 07/06/2026 Type: Billing Issues Status: UnansweredMore info First after calling the better business bureau main office, we were notified that this organization has more than 800 complaints in just the past few years of the following:- Aggressive and REMOVEDCredit Card Withdrawals - Ignoring Renewal REMOVEDFee Increase - Deceptive Practices And Turning Over Account To Collections - Causing Distress, Confusion, And 2nd Virtual Account To Occur Simultaneously - Renewing Contract & Not Canceling On Date They State Is Renewal (Declined)- Purposely Confused Communication And No Return Calls Or Proper Action.

This a fantastic location. It is easily accessible for clients and Saba and the entire staff are professional and friendly and wonderful to work with. The offices and shared spaces are always well maintained and it has been an excellent experience working Regus group.

This is an excellent facility with a great location. The administrative staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Saba is the main administrative contact and she has always been attentive to my requests. Saba prepares conference rooms for all of my meetings, makes sure any food or beverage requests are fulfilled, handles all of my mail and responds to all of my emails in a timely fashion. You cannot ask for a more attentive, courteous and conscientious person.
