I'm surprised this office is so highly rated. The building and environment are nice enough, but the companies financial policies are ridiculous. I had an office for 1 year. I paid the deposit, and paid as agreed. My lease was up March 31th 2025. Around the first of the year I got an email stating that if I didn't reply my lease would be automatically renewed. A little premature but it helped me make the decision not to renew, so I replied as requested. My office was returned in perfect condition and the keys were returned when the lease ended. I waited pretty patiently for the return of my deposit. About a month after my lease ended, they sent an email stating that I needed to request that they returned my money. I guess they thought maybe I didn't want it? Maybe I just thought they should keep it? So I went ahead and filed that request. Today, 2 and 1/2 months after the end of my lease, they notified me they have an issue with the difference between my company name and the name on the office. I'm a Realtor, and like all Realtors, work for a brokerage. None of this was an issue in signing the paperwork, nor did they refuse any of the payments made from my business account. I find this business practice disgusting. Sadly I would never work with Regus again.

Im not one to normally post negative stars or comments but dealing with Regus on a situation recently has warranted this star review. If you have any issues and have to go thru portal to dispute or even pay it is the worst time suck you will endure. The location can’t help no response from management. I will not work out of a Regus again.

This location allowed a former employee to sign an annual contract without my review. When I realized this after the employee was fired, they demanded I continue paying the contract. Shortly thereafter the company sent my company to collections for the balance of the total remaining contract. Maria handled the situation, was defensive and accusatory in tone throughout. Regus centrally has not been willing to meaningfully engage with me in a conversation about this. The employee signed contracts for several locations in annual arrangements and was allowed to do so, and I am being expected to pay as if I had been aware.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Regus - Naperville - Main Street Promenade is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
