Was just there for a private party. The upstairs space is small, but very nice. My biggest complaint is that the only way up to it, is via an external steep staircase! No handicap entrance! Yet, right there in their marketing, it lists wheelchair access and parking. Maybe to the private offices behind locked doors, but nothing for event attendees. How did this venue get approved for events when it is in clear violation of ADA compliance? If there was a way, there was no signage directing people to it.

BEWARE, owner Doug is shady ,we Rented a space, only a month in and after a major rain storm and personal property was destroyed from the upstairs leaking onto our desks and file cabinets, owner has covered this problem up before after speaking with other tenants , would not spend another night in this place

Looking for a structurally deficient building, swing by and take a look 40 years of patching water intrusion that has culminated in significant structural damage. If you are in the mood to experience an ankle twisting ice skating experience, they have that available too, be prepared for an owner/s that will take zero responsibility for their negligence and leave the tenants insurance to pay for known water problems, before you cast stones at a glass house check it out for yourself!
