We’ve had a few warehouses in the past. This place by far is excellent and conveniently positioned as our Chicago Hub for downtown clients. We’ve grown in this space and the facility is well kept and extremely secure. The facility manager Alen is such a great manager and always available whenever you need him. We did have a problem with the package receiving area. Alen really went above and beyond and stepped in to solve the problem for all of the businesses. Thanks again for that! If you’re looking for a warehouse you can grow your business in, look no further!

We leased a warehouse space here for a couple of years - the facility is always clean, docks and equipment are plentiful, other tenants are nice, and the manager Alen was super helpful with onboarding, support, and termination when we were ready to move out. There were also several times he reached out for feedback on improvements, and each time he listed to the feedback and implemented changes to help us. Cubework is a great and price-effective solution if you need temporary (or long-term) space without making a huge commitment. 10/10
