I’ve had a wonderful experience at Regus – Lake Forest – Landmark Conway Farms. The staff at the receptionist desk are truly exceptional — always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. You’re greeted with a smile every time, which sets the tone for a great workday before you even pour your first cup of coffee. The office area itself is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained. It feels calm, efficient, and thoughtfully managed — the kind of environment that makes it easy to stay focused and productive. If you’re looking for a workspace that’s both professional and pleasant, this Regus location gets it right. They’ve mastered the old-school art of good service in a modern office setting — and that’s a rare thing these days.

Locals were wonderful! Actually the folks at the front desk were so great during my time there that I hesitated for a long time writing this review. Unfortunately communicating with Regus corporate is nearly impossible, they have flat out ignored my emails multiple times. Regus has hung up on me on the phone when I asked to be removed from communication by email. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. There are other locally owned coworking spaces in the area, I'd recommend them instead.

Local staff excellent! But every time the national or international office is involved it a a disaster! Worst national service and worst international service on the planet. And I can prove it.
