We have been tenants at Shared Office Rentals for three years, and the management team has been consistently outstanding. Their professionalism and attention to detail make our workday run smoothly. Prompt and effective communication: Any questions we have are always answered quickly and clearly. We never have to follow up on a request, which we greatly appreciate. Well-maintained facilities: The building is always clean, and common areas are very well-kept. Maintenance requests are handled with impressive speed. For example, when our office had a minor plumbing issue, it was fixed within hours. We are very happy with our office space and the exceptional service provided by the management team

A few previous places I’ve rented for my practice have had issues with the utilities and cleanliness, but this is the first time I’m so over the top pleased with the services provided, especially the reliable maintenance and cleaning staff. Thank you!

210 North Hammes Avenue has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Shared Office Rentals.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
