Dayhouse Coworking is a comfortable, creative workspace in downtown Highland Park, IL with parent-friendly policies, a focus on workday wellness, and a commitment to supporting woman-fueled endeavors. Dayhouse is housed in a vintage industrial building with exposed brick and beams (think West Loop vibes with suburban convenience), but more importantly, is a collective of professionals who want to grow, create, and share while also balancing their non-work lives. Amenities include conference rooms, a quiet work zone, phone booths, lactation room, and more. Easy walk to the Metra station. Our first floor is ADA compliant (upstairs is not).

Absolutely the best place to work! After years of being in a solo office space, disconnected from others, I opted to choose Dayhouse as my coworking space and it has been the best decision for myself and my colleagues. Love the flexibility of this beautiful space and the community! Both Highland Park and Schaumburg locations are stunning! The conference rooms are beyond impressive and every amenity I could ever need to run my business is available beyond my expectations. Management is incredible as well. Cannot recommend enough! 10/10!!!!

Dayhouse Coworking is a wonderful work space! For someone like myself who does a lot of remote work, it gave me a sense of community. There are plenty of different spaces depending on what you need for the day whether that be a meeting room, soundproof call booths, a quiet zone, and truly my favorite of all…the main floor kitchen/ work zones. I love bouncing ideas off of my fellow members and it becomes a space that feels like the heart of Dayhouse. Amazing staff, a clean environment, and friendly members!

I cannot say enough about Dayhouse. I joined a few years ago and it was easily the best professional decision I've made. The community of people is incredible - the warmest, smartest, most inclusive people. It is comfortable (from the cozy spaces to the private phone rooms, the conference rooms, to the inviting kitchen with plenty of coffee and snacks!) It is conducive to getting work done OR connecting with others... it is simply a home away from home and is an absolute gem. Highland Park is lucky to have Dayhouse and I can't imagine not being a part of the incredible community!

I love being a Dayhouse member! I joined with a friend, and we have so much fun co-working together. It’s a win-win! I chose Dayhouse because I met the owner Jen Luby and was drawn to her passion about the space. I was also very interested in the many networking opportunities that they offer every month. As a productivity and time management consultant, I know how important it is to find the right space to work. I am extremely productive every time I work at Dayhouse. But it’s not all about work. Their community events really encourage conversation among members, and I have expanded my network through the membership. I highly recommend becoming a Dayhouse member!

Very impressed with Dayhouse. I booked the main conference room for a client’s end-of-year planning day and had a great experience from start to finish. The tech setup was seamless, the whiteboard walls were a huge plus, and I loved not having to worry about bringing beverages - coffee, tea, and sparkling water were all provided. I’ll absolutely be booking again.

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Dayhouse Coworking.

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Dayhouse Coworking, who is more than happy to help out.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
