Very unhelpful! I called to ask a very simple question on if a property was still open to view and the receptionist just kept transferring me to people that do not even pick up the phone. Clearly whoever runs this office needs to get a person that cab answer basic questions.

Keller Williams Inspire was by far the most unprofessional real estate experience I’ve ever had. As a seller going through the closing process, I was shocked at how disrespectful and careless their team behaved. While I was reviewing important legal documents, they were loudly chatting and laughing like it was social hour — completely ignoring the seriousness of the situation. It was uncomfortable, rude, and frankly, unacceptable. If you're looking for a team that values their clients, respects your time, and acts with basic professionalism — look elsewhere. You deserve better.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Geneva Real Estate Partners.
