Pretty impossible to do business with. I had heard this from other business owners, but just experienced it myself. I set up a call, was ghosted. Person called an hour past the time when I was on a client call, yet I received a "thanks for the chat" automatic email. Talk about off-putting. I then sent an email with my questions - ghosted again. (4 days later...still waiting). Their website doesn't seem to be updated on a regular basis (same openings, language about pricing changes after launch but it's existed for quite awhile - 5+ years?). When other co-working spaces in the greater metro have the ability to book and work same day, the Lodge seems like a pretty closed-off "resource" if you have to wait 4 business days just to get an answer on availability. My advice: don't waste your time.

Great place, very cool inside and worked perfect for my business. Nice people and everything is updated! Plenty of options for open workspace, office etc. Plus they have printing services, kitchen, conference room, books, games, and more right in the heart of Edwardsville!

Had a great meeting at The Lodge today! Needed a conference room for a day to hold planning session and chose this new Edwardsville location. Glad I did. Cody was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to my emails and went above and beyond to make our group feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend!
