Cannot recommend working with Regus for any of their offices. Their communication is awful. I had been working with John Murphy regarding a lease issue which he was less than helpful with and was impossible to connect with. Then after we moved past that I then chatted with Priscilla Martinez regarding adjusting our “start date”. Since the lease issue with John took so long, I had acquired a “late invoice” notice and fined. She then told me she would get approval and call me back the next day. It has now been 5 days and no one ( John or Priscilla) will return my texts, calls, or emails. On the day I talked with Priscilla, I told her I’m not inputting any payment information forward until I get an update. Radio silence. The whole operation seems very predatory.

1 star for Regus's DECEPTIVE marketing for Coworking Memberships. 24/7 access is only for private offices or coworking membership RENT-BY-THE-HOUR dedicated desks available. Coworking membership only gives you access to coworking lounge from 9am to 5pm. You won't be able to access or remain in the building without reserving a desk by the hour. This isn't clearly represented when navigating the sign up prompts. The service option graphics make it seem like the only difference between the private office membership and the coworking membership is having your own office.
