Unfriendly staff and overpriced food, a 3% “operational” charge to every bill, and then no way to order anything that isn’t on a limited drink menu? Also everything was “out”

Great concept. Love promoting small breweries. Friendly folks also.

Lowkey spot, right near a train station so it gets loud at times but always a good time here!

I reserved some tables at Pilot Project to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it was so wonderful. The director of hospitality, Mary, was very communicative and quick to respond if I had any questions. I’m so happy I chose this place, I would highly recommend to anyone!

Its a nice space, with nice staff. Three is some loud white noise with the train passing over sometimes, but it just makes you feel like part of the city.
