Avoid Regus! This place operates like a halfway house with people living inside their offices (paper thin walls), alcoholics sleeping under desks and the Cook County sheriff required to evict tenants. Be prepared to encounter dangerous people in this facility... I was personally cornered and threatened by another tenant who accused me of an offense I didn't commit -- totally bizarre!, but these are the risks in a shared office when Regus doesn't hold itself accountable for its customer experience. The corporate office and local office have complete miscommunication and treat your experience like it's a prison sentence after you sign their agreement. I have been relentlessly billed, despite signing a termination, while also forced to move my desk (and deceived into believing it was my assignment) from a room with window to a glorified closet, all without any price reduction or compensation with added amenities. Stay away from this company and location to preserve your own sanity and dignity!

Update: 03/2025 They have worked with me in resolving my matter. I am happy with their service. I've had such a hard time with regus. I had a membership and couldn't get access to the office. There's been such poor poor support with Regust sales and help desk agency. I suggest you try somewhere else. Trust me. I've been dealing with them for 2 weeks now and things have not been resolved. And they double charged me. Runn away
