They now give you internet! It is included. The coffee is great and I love the latte. The workers are professional and this is a great place to work! Regus has a lot of locations to pick from downtown Chicago! It pays to be a member. :)

The business lounge here is very nice--it's in an atrium, so the space feels big, and it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and even the security downstairs at the entrance is friendly, which isn't typical at all downtown office buildings. It's easy to concentrate and work without feeling constrained to a small box.
