Update #1: 3 star edited review as Regus offers a "Coworking Desk" option allowing 24/7 access however this will be limited to one location and subject to availability. Will gladly update to 5 stars once Regus makes this difference very clear in their sign up form. Had the "Coworking Desk" been filled at the location near-me, I would've had to have found an available 24/7 desk at one of their other locations close to me or been out of luck and had to cancel the Coworking Membership at my own expense in order to find a 24/7 coworking desk from another provider. I'm including an example from Spaces, another IWG brand, that clearly represents these differences. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Original Review: 1 star for Regus's DECEPTIVE marketing for Coworking Memberships. 24/7 access is only for private offices or coworking membership RENT-BY-THE-HOUR dedicated desks available. Coworking membership only gives you access to coworking lounge from 9am to 5pm. You won't be able to access or remain in the building without reserving a desk by the hour. This isn't clearly represented when navigating the sign up prompts. The service option graphics make it seem like the only difference between the private office membership and the coworking membership is having your own office.

Solid office / co-working space. Their options are affordable and the staff is really friendly (shoutout to Jonathan who helped me get set up). There is a kitchen with the standard amenities (fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, plates, utensils, coffee, etc.) One critique is that sounds travels easily through the floor and vents. But this is easily solved with a pair of headphones. This building was recently acquired by Regus from another office provider (Offix?). I think most of the negative reviews are from the previous provider. I have had no problems with Regus so far.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • To truly understand what Regus - Chicago - N Clark St has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
