We have rented space here for about 5 years and have no complaints. Evan takes care to seat our clients and makes sure I don't forget about them. Evan goes above and beyond her job title and helps with anything I need. The atmosphere here is friendly and inviting. There is a kitchen and coffee maker you will like. The mail is delivered in a timely fashion.

I have rented here now for going on 5 years and couldn't be happier! It's an amazing community! Evan, who runs the office goes above and beyond for her tenants to assure their needs our met and they are comfortable. The other tenants are friendly and I love working with all of them in a "co-working" environment! If you're considering renting here you wont be disappointed!

Criminal organization. Friendly office staff but they nickel and dime you for every expense. They require a two month retainer for an extended lease and have still not returned the funds after ending lease four months ago. Have escalated to every person imaginable in the organization and still have not received the funds. Plenty of other co-working spaces in Chicago that treat their customers with respect and dignity.
