Renters beware; I’m in the process of reporting them to the BBB. They 1st ask you for multiple deposits or retainers, I put in 3, even though they charge you a month in advance. Then at the end of my contract they only had 1 retainer in my balance. You can only contact them thru email, they are sure to keep you in the dark about who running the operations. They don’t respond back timely and you have to continually follow up, I’m still waiting for my deposits . They over charge you for everything printing and scanning they have charged me hundreds; I think one time I printed 20 sheets and they charged me close to 100.00 dollars. They are a scam, get rich organization by screwing the little people “

They hire anyone to be the receptionist. I visited from Indiana to get prints done (Biometrics Suite) and was met with the rudest receptionist I ever met in my life. She felt more like a bouncer and a wild club than a receptionist. just blurted out "let me see the receipt" I show her the confirmation for the appointment, she says " they not here, ain't been here in a couple of weeks, then when I looked disappointed standing there with a confirmation that had pretty much been paid for in my hands, she said to me, "phone first". I did they have a voicemail. Just THE WORST receptionist ever. It was three of them just sitting there looking like the customer's was their only problem.

The front facing staff are professional and courteous but the back office is a nightmare with billing issues and timely refunds. I’ve been waiting weeks to receive my retainer refund which is over $3,000. I had a restoration balance of $500 and their forms clearly say “any outstanding balance will be taken from the retainer.” Then they had the audacity to charge a $50 late fee for restoration knowing full well the nails holes they are patching are nowhere close to $500. There is no sense of urgency to hear customer feedback or to resolve concerns in a timely manner, especially with such a high dollar amount. Things seem very strange! They require two months deposit and they bill you a month ahead of each billing cycle which causes extreme billing confusion. Additionally at the end of each lease term, they go up $100. Last but not least, the bathrooms are always out of commission and rarely ever have soap. I purchased soap a couple times for the ladies bathroom while renting there because there wasn’t any available. At the rate they charge, and continued to go up, there should be no reason for them to have broken stalls, toilets and soap. Very disappointing service from such a “reputable” company! Do your homework!

Regus 2c is a really great place to rent a meeting room. We're based in a downtown Chicago Regus, but this one is much more spacious - and much quieter. Great staff too - they helped me out with the A/V equipment and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!
