Today I had an appointment with a lawyer, she is an excellent person, very kind, but the parking man was very rude and charged me cash for parking and didn't want to accept it in his hand. He told me to leave it on the table. 🙄 He didn't give me a receipt for the money I paid for parking, that didn't inspire confidence in him.

We booked a one-off room for an on-site event for our company. The room and location were fine but since then Regus has made it impossible to pay them while adding late fees to our bill. I created an account and added a payment method which apparently did nothing because when I log in it shows no invoices at all. I also tried following a payment link they sent me but it won't allow me to input any information. I have called a few times and either been disconnected or routed to the online help desk which never gets back to me. What a gigantic waste of my time. Definitely will never book a Regus location again. --- Per the response below, Regus' help team got back to me and said my card was declined (which it was originally due to fraud concerns) but failed to address any particulars I supplied in the help ticket - specifically that they have provided no way I can actually pay them. If Regus provides a way to pay them I will and would very much like to stop spending my time posting and corresponding with them.

I've just recently procured office space here and it's been great so far! The atmosphere is ambient, the culture appears to be welcoming, and the prices are reasonable.

This place is highly unprofessional and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The lady named Jessica who works at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I called to ask about the invoice that I was emailed and she continued to hang up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, she literally said, “ You don’t have to speak to the manager, I’m not a little kid”. Then hung up. She lied and said the manager wasn’t there, then changed the story and said that the manager was “busy with another client”. The lack of customer service and the ignorance that I experienced was ridiculous. I definitely don’t recommend.
