Located in Avondale along the fast-transforming Rockwell Corridor adjacent to the North Branch of the Chicago River, Guild Row is a new type of membership club and coworking space for those who give a damn. It is a place where the creative and the civic-minded connect. Designed by emerging Chicago-based firm, DAAM (an acronym for Design, Architecture, Art, and Making), Guild Row completed construction and opened its doors into the global pandemic late in 2020. The building’s design both revitalizes and reimagines a collage of early 20th century dental tool manufacturing facilities into a campus of collaborative social and work spaces for the club’s members.
Guild Row can be accessed through the front door at 3130 N Rockwell Street! Come in and a Host will welcome you, view your proof of vaccination, and get you oriented.
