We rented our office at Expansive Loop for 1.5 years and absolutely loved the experience. The location in Downtown Chicago is unbeatable — close to everything, with great energy yet a peaceful atmosphere to focus and get work done. The manager is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The space itself is cozy, modern, and accessible 24/7 — perfect for entrepreneurs and small teams who value both comfort and flexibility. Overall, it’s an amazing place at an affordable price, and we’d gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and inspiring workspace in the heart of the city.

Very responsive when making requests. Always engages with clients and is always willing to stop to help. Workspaces and common area are always kept clean. I'm appreciative for our time here.

We used a conference room at this building for an orientation for our AmeriCorps members and had a great experience. The space had easy wifi access and presentation tech, and the kitchen on the fifth floor allows for a heightened sense of hospitality. The Community Manager worked with us on everything we needed and did an amazing job. Thanks to them, our event went great!

Currently running my small business out of here and I love it. The community manager, Carley is very helpful and friendly. My suite is super spacious, the building is clean and easily assessable. Lots of parking nearby and the prices are unbeatable.
