Toomey Reporting, Inc. has rented space from the 200 S. Wacker location of Regus for the past six years. We selected this Regus location for four key reasons; the close proximity to Union Station, the modern/new look of the space, the ability to include office furniture and internet service as part of our contract, and the helpful attitude of the staff. We have been extremely satisfied with our experience at Regus. The primary reason for our strong satisfaction is due to our key contact, Suzan, who works at the front desk. Suzan is amazingly responsive to all of our requests ranging from technology questions, to reserving conference rooms, to mail delivery questions. On a daily basis, Suzan ensures that the shared facilities on our floor i.e. kitchen, lobby area, etc. are always organized and spotless. In addition to taking her responsibilities very seriously, Suzan is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. In summary, we are very happy that we selected Regus at 200 S. Wacker as our office location.

The reps and front desk staff are friendly, but the company itself can be a challenge to work with. If Regus is unable to renew lease w the building they are located in, they force all the tenants they sublease to to move out on very short notice with minimal assistance- this is very disruptive to business. Luckily there are a lot of co-work spaces in downtown.
