Terrible customer service. I wasted an afternoon trying to get a tour and I couldn't get in. No one answered the call or sent me a QR code to enter.

I do a lot of traveling, and spend a good amount of that time at Industrious locations. Throughout my explorations, I found that Ogilvie is the best for many reasons. They have a very comfortable space with nice offices, productive work areas, but also plenty of areas to mingle, find some privacy, or get comfortable--whatever you're looking for, they have. The building they are in has great views, and smooth but thorough security. The staff at this location are wonderful--big shout out to Valerie and Robert for making me feel most welcome while I was there. Their food and snack selection is outstanding as well. Every day they seem to out do themselves. I can't wait for my next trip to Chicago so I can stop by again!
