Hangout Lighting is a one-of-a-kind venue located in a beautifully restored 100-year-old factory building in Chicago. The first floor operates as our working lighting factory, where custom fixtures are designed and built, while the second floor houses our design-forward lighting showroom that doubles as an event loft and meeting space.

This blend of historic industrial architecture and modern design creates a space that feels both authentic and inspiring. I ordered a swag chandelier from Hangout Lighting and we got it within 2 weeks. We needed more chain and wire and their response was prompt and helpful! We work in the remodeling industry and I deal with customer service A LOT and I was very pleased that this didn’t take days to resolve but only an hour! Am considering getting a light for my living room as well after seeing it in the master bathroom and we are remodeling for a client.

For a meeting, repast reception or just a chilled quiet gathering, thats the place for it.. As a Dj for 36 years I can clearly tell you that for a birthday party, Sweet 16 or a Wedding reception this is not the place for your event. Unless if you want to use their $160 speaker they provide under contract and have them tell you to lower the volume for neighbors and family that lives upstairs so they can sleep. Never have I've been through this and I have dj'd almost every Banquet Hall in Chicago and a 2 hour radius. To each his own but never again for me. 👍🏼
