I recently joined Fabrik as a founding member earlier this month and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you are a creative/entrepreneurial individual with a growth mindset or simply just looking to connect with people of the sort, this is the space for you. Just from the few gatherings I've attended this month, this group of people has so refreshing to chat with, bounce ideas off of and get to know IRL. The staff that I have gotten to know both from NYC and Chicago have also been extremely helpful with their guidance as I navigate planning my first event at Fabrik (shoutout Kristi). If you're looking to invest in yourself, this may be the place you want to start!
I could not imagine building my dream in another space! The people and vibes make it so special. Excited to be a founding member!
I have been a Fabrik member since December and it has been the greatest professional steps! The space is open, welcoming, clean, and great for any community builder or entrepreneur looking for a home base. 10/10 recommend !

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Fabrik.

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Fabrik, who is more than happy to help out.
