Constant staff and manager turnover every quarter since I started in March last year. Staff were consistently rude and inexperienced, with zero supervision or feedback from management. After one year, I left for good. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.

My team and I had a two day meeting at their Willis Tower and the facility was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had great views of the city. Definitely will be back again!

The space makes you look forward to coming to the office, and it's further elevated by the staff! Michael, Andrea and Liana go out of their way to plan thoughtful events, tend to members' needs and make you feel so welcomed. The office itself is gorgeous with a ton of meeting rooms and breakout nooks to get work done. Cannot recommend the Willis Tower location enough!

Location is amazing, and the build out is beautiful and top notch. Surprisingly, the level of service from Sophia and Ryan even outweighs the design and function of the space. They are always very quick in responding and very positive in all of their communications which makes it a delight.
