Beautiful gym! And super friendly staff. I am so glad First Ascent took over this place when BKB closed!

Super disappointed. I bought a 10-day pass a couple months ago pre-acquisition, but since First Ascent took over they’ve refused to honor it even though I’ve only used it once. I didn't even get notified of the change in ownership. Clearly they have zero respect for their customers. I'm not surprised most people I know switched to Movement.

We were surprised to find out that the facility has been bought out by another climbing company. They're doing renovations and will open soon. They bought the building, not the business, so if you have credits or memberships with Brooklyn Boulder, there wasn't any signage or information posted at the door, or on their site. We had enjoyed the facility for the past year and a half, hope they don't leave a lot of people hanging.
