  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Hive 309 may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

  A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

  It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Hive 309 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Hive 309.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Hive 309? How about for a day or a month?

  At Hive 309, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available.
