I have been a flex member at cocial for almost 2 years. As a flex member, I pay a monthly flat fee and have access to all common spaces and shared benefits and amenities. I can always find a cozy corner to work, including taking calls and focus time. The vibes at Cocial are great. People are very social but also very respectful if you just need to get work done. I find that there’s a shared Camaraderie between books who rent who run a business or who are flex members like myself. There are several full time staff members on site during weekdays. Theres a key pad for secure access when it’s not staffed, and space to store, food and ample snacks and beverages. This is a great space to join at a totally reasonable cost. If you need a space out of your house a few days a week.

Great place to host events, rent a private office, or do an offsite working day! The owner is so responsive and accommodating, they always have snacks, coffee, etc, and the space is so clean. I can't recommend Cocial enough. They are in downtown Arlington Heights- great convenient location!!!

Great space. Very nice set up. A lot of amenities and a lot of different spaces to work from. Owner was there and was very welcoming and hospitable. Would definitely recommend.
