Regus - Eagle - E Shore Drive

I want to double down on my 1 star review from before with my business account. I got a notification today that my services are being restricted because of the $100 in late fees (which make no sense because I'm overpaid 2-3 months in advance at all times, there's a 2-3X rent as deposit from the get-go when you lease your office) plus I've never paid rent later than the month beginning. So anyway, business owner beware. It's a few hundred bucks so not a big deal, but it's just so annoying to have to deal with such a ridiculous stupid thing and to charge fees when someone is always paid up multiple months in advance (but apparently not enough months) and without clear explanation for the get-go, it's just awfully annoying. Also, my monthly bill was supposed to have a 20% discount because I chose the only room in the place with no windows and they were struggling to get it filled. They never told me it was a teaser rate (I still don't think it is), but a new front desk person took over and my bill jumped up $300/mo. I'm guessing they took away the discount without telling me. Edit: Ah no, it's look like at least some of the extra money came from them adding on an unlimited coffee for 4 x $45 monthly even though I didn't have it the first few months and I never requested it and no one in my office drinks coffee. Expect to get gouged and misled.

They don't explain billing well so I am accruing late fees even though I'm 2X month overpaid up front due to deposit requirements and I pay more than a week in advance for the next month as well (making me 3X month's payments upfront yet still getting fees). It's a bit ridiculous.

Not only did he welcome us with a friendly smile, help us get connected to the WiFi, and make sure we had water and glasses ready, but he also handled a stressful situation with total professionalism. Partway through our time there, another group accidentally walked into our reserved meeting room—they were confused about their booking and visibly frustrated. Before things could get tense, Torryn stepped in calmly, apologized to both sides, and quickly found them an alternative space. He managed the entire moment with such a steady, reassuring tone that it diffused the stress instantly. Within minutes, everything was back on track and we were able to continue our meeting without interruption. It’s rare to see someone handle unexpected hiccups with that much grace and efficiency. Torryn is a huge asset to this location, and his customer service is truly top-tier. Highly recommend!
