I rented office space from Regus solely for business address purposes. My practice is entirely telehealth-based, and I reside in Florida, so I never physically used the office space. During my lease, I never visited the location, received keys, occupied the office, or utilized any of the building amenities. The only service I used was the business address. I chose not to renew my lease because the cost had become too expensive, as I was paying over $500 per month for address services alone. I am someone who carefully reads contracts and understands that fees outlined in an agreement are generally enforceable. However, I was surprised to be charged a cleaning fee of more than $218 at the end of my lease. When I contacted Regus, I requested consideration for waiving the fee given that the office was never occupied or used in any capacity. I was informed that the charge was required under the contract. While I understand that position, I believe there should be room for common-sense consideration in situations where a brand-new office remained completely unused throughout the lease term. My disappointment is not necessarily with the fee itself, but with the lack of flexibility and customer-focused problem-solving. A small gesture of understanding would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that the situation was viewed strictly from a contractual and financial standpoint rather than from a customer service perspective. Based on my experience, I would not choose Regus again or recommend their services to others. I am genuinely disappointed with how this matter was handled.

I run a small business and mostly just need a quiet, professional spot to work that isn’t my kitchen table. Renting a cubicle at this Regus location has been exactly what I needed—nothing over the top, just a solid, reliable place to focus and get things done. The space is clean, consistent, and has everything I need—including a coffee machine, which definitely helps power through those afternoon slumps. But the real standout here is Trinity, the property manager. She’s a super friendly and polite young woman who always greets you with a “good morning” and a “goodnight,” and honestly, that small gesture makes a big difference when you work solo most of the time. She seems fairly new, but you wouldn’t know it—she carries herself with confidence, handles things professionally, and brings a really positive energy to the space. She’s helpful, down-to-earth, and just easy to interact with. All in all, it’s been a great setup for my business. The only way it could get better is if that coffee machine started answering emails too—but hey, one miracle at a time. 5 Stars to Regus, 5 Stars to Trinity. Keep it up guys.

⭐ 1 Star I signed up for a Regus Virtual Office expecting a professional coworking space based on their advertising and descriptions. What I actually got was misleading, disappointing, and completely unusable. • The “coworking space” doesn’t exist—instead, it’s just a collection of tiny, claustrophobic cubicles that feel nothing like the vibrant, collaborative environment I was led to believe I was paying for. • The private office option was just a conference room—no privacy, no curtains, and so hot it was physically unbearable to stay in, despite it being January. • Their marketing uses stock photos that do not represent the actual location, which is blatantly misleading. When I raised my concerns, Regus refused to take responsibility. They offered no real solution, ignored my refund request, and only suggested touring other locations—which, based on their descriptions, would have the same issues. To make matters worse, they are now insisting that I keep paying for the full contract term despite their clear misrepresentation. ⚠️ BEWARE: If you are considering Regus, do not trust their advertising. Make sure you physically tour the location first—or better yet, avoid them entirely. Their misleading sales tactics, lack of transparency, and refusal to resolve customer complaints make them a risky and frustrating choice for office space. I will update this review if Regus does the right thing and resolves my complaint.
