I was in town for a week and needed a place where I could get work done and participate in my daily Zoom meetings. Spencer Collaborative was a terrific find. Easy terms, lots of space and good, reliable WiFi. It worked out really well for me. I’m regularly a work from home employee, and if I had a place like this close by, I would definitely take advantage of it.

As a freelance writer, I needed a space outside my home where there were fewer distractions during my working hours. Spencer Collaborative has been a great choice! It's a spacious working environment, with plenty of options on two floor levels - from renting a desk for the day (or monthly) to grabbing your own office for privacy. The space includes a podcasting room (complete with mic setup), a conference area with a large table and white board, a printer, and a small kitchen. Whether you're looking for a quieter alternative to the coffee shop or need an office away from home, Spencer Collaborative is a great option.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Spencer Collaborative, who is more than happy to help out.
