Spend the day at Elevator in the heart of downtown Des Moines, surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail shopping, and entertainment venues. The space has high-speed Wi-Fi, free printing, private phone booth pods, meeting space for rent, conversation nooks, high-end furniture, and complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks for all!

The Elevator community offers good vibes with a building full of entrepreneurs, creatives, non-profits, and small businesses. There is metered parking around the building with plenty of available spots on any given day. Bring your dog and come hang out!

Our front doors are on 12th street with Elevator branding on the front doors and pole. Ring the doorbell on the left of the front doors and someone will come open the door for you.

Great opportunity for single person small businesses and entrepreneurs, to mid-sized businesses looking for an all inclusive central space in downtown Des Moines. I’ve had my e-commerce business located in elevator for 6-months now and it’s been game changing. Being able to store 5000+ inventory items and do all my shipping with onsite pick ups all in one place, instead of my house has been amazing.
