The team at Court Avenue Business Suites is approachable, friendly, flexible, and often goes above & beyond with extra projects, as needed. They made figuring out my monthly parking options easy and are always willing to help me with questions and concerns. I am pleased and proud to be a tenant of this historic building in the heart of downtown!

I've been using this building and it's services for 8 years now. They have what small business owners need. They have physical spaces to rent and virtual offices too. Parking is bad everywhere downtown. It's not their fault. They don't set the rates.

I've been a tenant of Court Avenue Business Suites for nearly 20 years. It's been a great place to operate my small business. The staff is very professional and responsive to my needs. The access to conference rooms, tech support, equipment and reception has made it possible to run a business without huge overhead. I highly recommend it for anyone needing space to operate a small business.

There is literally no parking over there. Had to pay $6 to park for 2 min. Was supposed to go back an HR later. Couldn't afford it.dont intend on going back, unless 100% necessary. The parking is very small alley type thing that was a hassle to get out of. Good luck.
