I stumbled upon this place while driving downtown and stopped in since I was considering a new office for my business. I ended up signing up later that day and have now been there a full month. I love the space, employees, and community, highly recommended!

Incredible space, energy, and vision – exactly what Des Moines needs! I had the chance to attend the soft opening of Elevator Co-warehousing last week, and I’m still buzzing from the experience. This isn’t just another co-working space—it’s a game-changer for entrepreneurs, creators, and small businesses in Des Moines. The space is modern, functional, and beautifully designed with collaboration in mind. From open-concept work areas to private studios and warehouse access, it’s clear they’ve thought of everything. This brand new concept in shared space and community for entrepreneurs is a true place for businesses to grow - especially if you have a business that receives and ships merchandise. Perfect for those that also have a full time job and a commerce side hustle. All of the major shippers come right to the building. Shipments are delivered right into your warehouse space while you're away!
