Extremely professional working space that accompanies many within the community. They hold to common standards yet flexible enough to be dog-friendly, incredibly generous within the community, and never without the coffee, occasional batch of donuts, potlucks, and gatherings for the groups who choose to partake. Wonderful staff, always with prompt to tenant’s needs.

River Place Cowork space has been my ‘office’ for the past 2 years. It works great for remote workers, like myself, that need a space outside of the home to focus. Printing, Break Room/Kitchen, Coffee Bar, Conference Rooms all available for use with a monthly membership. Added bonus for being located downtown Cedar Falls for a quick walk to lunch or cup of tea during break. Well done!
