Regus - Snellville - Shoppes at Webb Gin

I've had a virtual office at Regus for over 3 years now. I love the convenience of having professional meeting and office space as needed without the additional monthly overhead. After I signed the first agreement, I had questions on the billing because what was initially told to me was a bit different than what actually happened after signing. But my concerns were addressed quickly and satisfactorily and I haven't had any issues since. The ladies that handle operations now - Ms. Chaquita and Ms. Staci - are great to work with and always make me AND my clients feel like VIPs when we come into the office.

I recently had the opportunity to use office space at this location, and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. The environment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for staying focused and productive. What really stood out, though, was the team—everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly. It made a real difference and left a lasting impression. Highly recommend!

We have had an amazing experience at Regus - Snellville since stepping foot in the doors! The facility is clean, professional, and a perfect fit for our small business, but what truly sets this location apart is the incredible front desk team. Chaquita and Staci are absolutely phenomenal! They're always so friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to prove customer service is a top priority to them! Whether it's greeting our clients with a warm smile or assisting with last minute needs, their professionalism and positive energy set the tone for not only our experience for us but for our clients as well.

I had an extremely frustrating experience leasing a space at Regus in Snellville (off WebGen). The billing process was a complete nightmare—PUTTING YOUR CARD ON FILE IS A MISTAKE without clear communication or anyone available to speak with directly about these charges. I was charged for services I specifically opted out of, yet the charges continued with no resolution. The communication is terrible. Who would have thought that a 3 month time period would be such a terrible expereience. While the ladies at the front desk were always polite, they unfortunately have zero authority and are unable to assist with any real concerns. Everything must be in writing because verbal agreements or confirmations are meaningless with this company. The cleaning company was also disappointing. My space was never vacuumed—only the trash was occasionally emptied, and even that wasn’t consistent. The door to access my space for the hallway was broken almost from day one, forcing me to take inconvenient detours to enter the space. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I’m now anticipating a fight just to get my deposit back. I do not recommend renting from this location—I repeat, I do not recommend it.

New and small business owners: STAY AWAY from Regus! I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received in less than 60 days of using Regus office space for my business, BlackOak Auto. I paid $1,300 on April 26th and was told my first month was free. Not even a week later, I was told I needed to pay for June by May 15th—something NEVER disclosed upfront. I paid on May 28th, before June 1st, and still received a late fee that Regus refuses to reverse. I’ve had constant issues: delayed access to my phone number, poor communication, and absolutely no support when it comes to resolving billing errors. Regus doesn’t make it easy to speak to someone with real authority. I feel completely taken advantage of. If you're a new business owner looking for professional space—look elsewhere. The hidden fees, poor communication, and lack of accountability will cost you more than money—it will cost you peace of mind. I will never recommend Regus again.
