I booked The Malin for a 2 day retreat for a team of 35. They had the perfect space for us - it was quiet, beautiful and had ample room for our large team. The manager, Madeline, was efficient and gracious and made everything so easy for us. I definitely recommend them and will be back!

Working remotely never felt so good. A beautifully furnished and quiet environment makes for a productive day. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable. I enjoy the snacks and delicious hot tea to get me through the work day. Thank you for an elegant yet comfortable setting - I highly recommend The Malin Savannah as a premier remote work space!

The Malin was a great location for a meeting. Maggie was so responsive and helpful for me getting everything in place from multiple states away, gave suggestions for restaurants in the area, and helped my executive get set up in the room. Thank you, Maggie!

This place was amazing! I am a writer and the atmosphere provided an amazing sanctuary to write and gather my thoughts! The coffee was amazing and even the snack of banana bread was fantastic! I am grateful for this time and can’t wait to go back!

The vibe is unmatched, every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and the customer service is genuinely five-star. From the stunning decor and custom furniture that keeps my back happy through long work sessions to the midday palo santo that gives the perfect post-lunch lift, it’s clear that nothing here happens by accident. Being greeted each day by the wonderful GM, Madeline, and the always-lovely Maggie at the front desk instantly sets the tone. The Malin is everything it’s cracked up to be… and so much more.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Malin.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Malin, who is more than happy to help out.
