This place was amazing! I am a writer and the atmosphere provided an amazing sanctuary to write and gather my thoughts! The coffee was amazing and even the snack of banana bread was fantastic! I am grateful for this time and can’t wait to go back!

The Malin Savannah is truly a sanctuary—where productivity, energy, and even a little self-care somehow coexist in the most effortless way. The vibe is unmatched, every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and the customer service is genuinely five-star. From the stunning decor and custom furniture that keeps my back happy through long work sessions to the midday palo santo that gives the perfect post-lunch lift, it’s clear that nothing here happens by accident. Being greeted each day by the wonderful GM, Madeline, and the always-lovely Maggie at the front desk instantly sets the tone. The Malin is everything it’s cracked up to be… and so much more.

This is such a BEAUTIFUL work space. I love the aesthetics, first of all. I love the thoughtfulness of the details—the locally made fresh pastries every morning, the local-made tea, and the fresh fruit, the SUPER soft tissue in the bathrooms, the real plants all around, the furniture which are actual works of art from a family-owned business. Whatever that concept is that motivates you to work when you're among others who are working...YES! Now add in a curated environment that sparks creativity and focus...YES! The next best thing: this ain't just a place to work; it's a community. From the app to the events, it's designed to put members in connection with one another without intrusion, force, or "too much-ness." The discounts that come along with membership ain't too shabby either. You gotta come tour it, at least!

Paradise, but make it productive. 🌴☕️ I’m so impressed by The Malin Savannah! It’s a dreamy work and event space that feels intentional, inspiring and actually connected to the local community. From being founded by a SCAD alum to the custom-made furniture to the welcoming team, every detail is curated in way that makes me feel good while helping my business look good. The Malin is place where I can meet clients, focus on meaningful work and be surrounded by people who care about what they do. It’s the kind of space that makes you excited to come to work! From the moment you walk in and are greeted with the warmest smiles, to the banana bread & coffee waiting for your arrival, to the comfiest couches... this place has it all. I have so each enjoyed all that the Malin has to offer. A productive space that provides moments to appreciate the beauty around you -- the coworkers are pretty great too ;)

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Malin.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Malin, who is more than happy to help out.
