Welcome to the Gateway to the Hostess City of Savannah, Georgia, where the interstate meets the Lowcountry. Your next workspace feels like it belongs here. OE Savannah Gateway sits right on the northwest corner of the I-95 and Georgia Highway 204 interchange, one of the region's busiest crossroads and the main route into historic downtown, just eleven miles to the east.Step inside and the space opens up: a soaring, light-filled lobby with walls of windows leads into private studio corridors named after Savannah's beloved historic squares that turn a simple hallway into a small tour of the city. Designed by The Citrus Home, a Best of Savannah and Best of Pooler design award winner, the space invites you to meet in conference rooms honoring the surrounding counties of Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan; enjoy a tranquil meeting in the Coquina huddle room or a private call in a phone booth; or pick up your mail in Franklin Square, named for the nation's first Postmaster General, Benjamin Franklin.Across 14,490 square feet, you'll find 76 private offices, three day offices, three conference rooms, eight dedicated desks, and generous open coworking space built for entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and growing teams who want the polish of a corporate office without the long lease. Settle in with fast Wi-Fi, a full-time on-site Business Center Manager, complimentary Black Rifle Coffee, and free on-site parking, with hotels, restaurants, shopping, and the airport just minutes away.
Private office, dedicated desk, day pass, meeting room, or virtual address—however you work, there's a place for you at the Gateway. Come see why Savannah's professionals are calling Office Evolution home.
