A great place to come and get some work done. The quiet area is truly quiet.

I normally go to the chamblee location as that closest. Today was the third time that I came here and I realized these couple of things that stood out being a Switchyards member for over 3 years. 1) this location has horrible parking spot with no one enforcing. There are a total of 5 parking slot directly in front and you are not allowed to park on the club side of the street. There is a sign that says towing is enforced. It’s also get quite scary and sketchy feeling at night compared to the chamblee toco hills buckhead locations 2) as I was leaving this place at 11:30pm on march 21st 2026 I noticed there were not a single car in their parking lot nor adjacent to the lot…. Yet there was a person without a laptop sleeping next to the coffee room. He had a down jacket on and it’s like 78 degrees today. Be careful if you are a female alone here 3) this location only have a hand dryer no paper towel. The bathroom is very small so if u want to carry your backpack in it’s impossible. Y gotta leave it unattended if u came alone. 4) the door at this location can be easily pried open it’s one of those residential house door made of wood versus commercial steel door at the other Switchyards locations. My suspicion is this is how they got in. 5) Switchyards have no one attending and their cctv likely won’t respond on time if there was an emergency. Outside of this, I found the quiet room quite small and the parking quite difficult.

The booking system is terrible. On more than one occasion I have either not been able to use the room bc someone is overstaying their allotted booking time OR my time has been interrupted by another rude member who claimed they booked during my time (and clearly shows I had the time blocked off. People are also extremely disruptive in the common areas having loud conversations, causing it to be disruptive and clearly not a shared working environment.
