I had an extremely disappointing experience with the lady who identified herself as Taylor when I called the CubeWork Pooler location. I called with a simple question about renting a forklift for about an hour. She answered while driving and told me to call someone else. She read the phone number so quickly that I couldn’t write it down. When I politely asked her to repeat it, she repeated it just as fast. As I tried to apologize and explain that I couldn’t understand, she interrupted me and said, “Didn’t I tell you I was driving?” in a rude and hostile tone. If you’re driving and unable to assist customers properly, don’t answer the business phone. Speaking to customers with impatience and disrespect is unacceptable. Based on my experience, Taylor’s behavior was unprofessional and reflected very poorly on CubeWork. I decided to take my business elsewhere because customer service matters just as much as the services a company provides. I hope management reviews this incident and provides better customer service training so that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

My company is renting a private office and 2 hot desks. It was easy to set up the process and the Cubework staff is very professional. When I have an inquiry, they get back to me quickly. There are many perks such as free coffee, use of copy machine, free wifi and you just can't beat the price. In a previous shared work space, we had to pay for everything, including use of the kitchen. Additionally, the space is very clean.

What works here is a caravan of cripples in the office; they're not slower because they can't be. It takes three hours to give you some papers; this is outrageous.
