If you are a minority or small business owner, please!!! do not do business with this company!!! I’m currently working with the (BBB and the Attorney General of GA for un-lawful business practices and breach of contracts!!!!) PLEASE READ THIS: (Previous owner of an Office Space/Regus Membership from Sept.2025-Current JULY 2026). I’m still current despite agreeing to terminate my contract in April of 2026, they blindly kept me in a contract. Never returned my 2,100 dollar retainer. They also stole 3,000 from me last year making up retainer fees that they didn’t charge other companies in the building. 1)They will force you into a contract and steal money from you saying it takes months to get back when you remove your membership and charge you for month to month payments, and miscellaneous fees. 2) If you ask for a month to month term, they lie and say that they have one but they do not. They will sign you up for a year contract without your approval, and charge you even if you decide to leave. 3) If you are a minority they add random retainer fees monthly to steal money and force your evacuation, if you cannot come up with the random retainer fees. 4) No amenities or security at night. 5) The units have asbestos, mold, and cockroaches. 6) No visual security system 7) Bomb threats were always called to the office, because of previous disgruntled customers.

We have been here for two years. We decided to not renew due to financial reasons with our business. Regus was unrelenting in trying to get us to renew. In addition they hit us with a $760 cleaning fee ; our office was barely used and less Thant he size of a normal mud room. When we contested the charge the rep was audibly laughing at us. Today Ashley Lewis sent us a certified letter threatening the removal of our “property” left in the office even though we gave them notice. Furthermore the older woman at the front desk Constantly confused our comment with Averitt. We have no association with them. She would routinely try and kick us out of the meeting room when we were 5 minutes early. No humanity at all. The credited letter was a passive aggressive way of trying to make us feel small. We have been Regus customers in the past at their Smyrna location as well. On our way out yesterday the manager at the table tried to tell us we have a $960 fee but he never read the invoice and was corrected. This location is run by soulless people. The current business climate is pathetic in relation to customer service. However Kalae was amazing. She was helpful , responsive and kind. Shout out to her.

Clean, beautiful and a wonderful helpful staff. I really couldn't ask for more. The kindness of the staff really makes the difference. I'll definitely be back when I need an office space.

Regus is terribly worst. They are saying that ticket to help section can be helpful, but number of people of help section is limited and they are very slow. Ticket is skill for avoiding responsibility.
