Price is very cheap for the area so thats a plus. Office is very nice and assist quickly another plus. If you aren’t home much the bills will seem like a lot. Electric bill for 1 bedroom (studio size) is about $100 a month. If you aren’t home it won’t make sense. The gym ac has been broken for weeks. There’s a million dogs in the neighborhood and they DO NOT PICK UP THEIR POOP. Even though it’s dog stations around. Neighbors not neighborly. I had some one drop a bag at my door and people stole things out of it…. Pool gets very rowdy at night. No Courtsey officer. Maintenance men walk into unit regardless if work order in or not. And they will knock once then let themselves in. If this is a starter place I say yes but if you plan to be home absolutely not.

I’ve lived here for almost two years now, and honestly, I’ve really loved my experience. The property has a smaller, more quaint community feel that’s hard to find in Atlanta, and a huge part of that is thanks to Cynthia and the way she manages the property. Cynthia goes out of her way to create a real sense of community here by organizing resident events, and the turnout and conversations are always great. It genuinely makes the complex feel welcoming instead of just being “another apartment.” The property itself is also one of the cleanest I’ve lived at in Atlanta. The grounds are always well maintained, the dumpster area is consistently kept clean, and I’ve never once had an issue with bugs in my apartment. You can also tell ownership is continuing to invest in the property, they recently redid the and it looks fantastic. On top of all that, the location is convenient, the pricing is reasonable for the area, and overall it’s just been a really comfortable place to live. I’m already looking forward to renewing for my third year here

I have lived at The Spoke for almost 9 months now and continue to love it here! I have amazing neighbors, everyone is friendly & maintenance & management are top notch! They do a great job maintaining the property & grounds. It’s a small community as well so very quiet & peaceful. There’s ample parking & I feel 100% safe living here. Would highly recommend!

I just wanted to say how much I like the apartment and the area. The space is really nice, comfortable, and well kept, and the environment around here is calm and convenient. It’s honestly a great place to live and I appreciate being here.
