I’ve lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years, and I genuinely love it here. One of my favorite things is that it’s a small, friendly community that feels peaceful and welcoming. Even though my apartment is on the smaller side, it still feels cozy and homey to me. It’s been rough sometimes but with the new management, I’ve already noticed positive changes, and I’m excited about the upgrades coming soon to the gym, business center, and other areas. It really feels like things are moving in a great direction, and I’m looking forward to loving my home even more. Highly recommend this community!

I’ve been living at The Spoke at Peachtree Corners for almost a year, and I can honestly say the new management has made a huge difference. Cinthya, our property manager, has been especially amazing—she’s friendly, helpful, professional, and very transparent in every aspect of how the community is run. The complex itself is in a great area—it’s quiet, peaceful, which makes it extra special. Plus, there are so many great places nearby to enjoy! 😊

The new management at The Spoke has really stepped up! Communication has been excellent, and I love that they now have regular office hours. It’s clear they care about residents and are making a real effort to improve things.

Since the new ownership and management took over at The Spoke Peachtree Corners, you can really tell they care about the residents and our overall experience. Cinthya has been outstanding in navigating the transition. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but the open communication and responsiveness have made a huge difference.
