Never in my life has a debt collection agency yelled at me first thing when answering a phone call. I don't know who Ernest is but he should absolutely check his attitude before contacting me ever again. I've been called by this agency before but I'm genuinely in shock at the attitude and loudness of this individual over the phone today.

They’re leeches plain and simple and that’s putting it nicely. Not only do they harass they continue doing so even when you no longer owe anything. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them at all costs.

I would not recommend anyone to work at or for this company for multiple reasons that would prove the atmosphere as toxic. Especially for positive people looking for a stable place of employment with growth potential. Vital will not provide that! 💯Facts!
