Building 140 was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their team was efficient, attentive, and truly intentional about making sure we had everything we needed for our intimate worship night. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire experience felt seamless. The atmosphere was beautiful, the space was clean and welcoming, and everything was set up perfectly for what we envisioned. They went above and beyond to ensure the night was special, and it truly showed. Everything was stellar and absolutely perfect. We are so grateful and will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a space that delivers both excellence and heart.

Our power went out, and we needed somewhere to set up for a few hours. The staff is very friendly, and the place is immaculate. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I didn’t even know Building 140 existed, but I’m really glad I found it. The environment is clean, calm, and perfect for getting work done without distractions. The staff is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable right away. I also appreciated being able to connect and interact with others in the co-working space. It has a great sense of community. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Building 140.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Building 140, who is more than happy to help out.
