This is a great spot to get some work done when I don't feel like driving to my studio in Atlanta. The staff is really nice, and the place is never crowded. It's quiet, and the ambience is relaxing. I usually grab a day pass because I only go every few months. If you're curious about the space, definitely grab a pass and give it a try!

Beautiful building and atmosphere to get work done! I just was confused about the building being for members only use after your first visit... Its hard enough finding coworking spaces on this side of town. Now that I found one... I have to pay? eh. but again... beautiful space!

Building 140 was a great place to have an intimate client appreciation event for a non-profit where I serve. Lacie, the GM was thoughtful, flexible and did above and beyond to assure a great experience for everyone. There were a few things that set this venue apart: the commitment to serve an offer an extra set helping hands, a willingness to offer the full use of the space, and the dependability that things were set up the way it was discussed. Thanks to Lacie and the 140 Building management our event was a success. We had a successful event where all of our guests, including caterers were very impressed. I highly recommend you use this space for both coworking and your next event. You will not be disappointed.

Lacey was amazing - courteous, professional and helpful. My only negative was it felt a bit awkward upon arrival - there wasnt much space available and we were told we had to be "quiet" because there were interviews (or something) going on in the next room. Would have been nice to just pick own place to work for the day that wasn't mashed in between others.
