I will return to the 152 New St location again and again! Its central location makes it the perfect launchpad for any business endeavor. What’s more, the Spears offer hospitality that’s unmatched. Anything you need, they’re at your service!

We have been renting this space for 6 years and since Macon Offices took over the property about a year ago, they have been nothing but helpful, hardworking and understanding. As tenants we don’t always get the respect from landlords like we should, that is not the case here with Macon Offices. They are family owned and operated here in Macon and want to see their properties and their tenants thrive. When there’s an issue, it may take a little time to get it resolved, but that is only because they don’t want to cut corners and cheap out on a solution. They have always come through with working with us to make us feel comfortable and heard.
Super easy to work with no hassle with the lease or paperwork i will always use them for my office and Real estate needs

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Macon Offices.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team.
