Lawrenceville policies for utility services do not help the community. Instead the policies harm and do not address the needs of the public. Who made the decisions to enact these egregious utility policies?

Worst place for utilities. They charged me 27 dollars for a trash bin in April and I never received a trash bin until mid May. I put my trash out on Monday and they skipped my house. I called Lawrenceville utilities and asked why they skipped my house! Administration stated my house wasn’t active although they were billing me. They charged me 15 dollars to come back to pick it up even though it was not my fault that they skipped my house. This company just scammed me and I’m sure it’s happening to other people. Check your bills people. My next home purchase will definitely be out of Lawrenceville utilities area.

I submitted my application online today for new gas service and I had a representative contacted me soon after that. Cantrece Huey was outstanding, she called and guided me with the right document which i needed to resubmit. She also emailed me with the updates and how to get the account set up online. I've everything done on the same day. Thank you Cantrece Huey who has made this process easy and fast !

What’s the point of storing my card info online just to make me put in a security code anyways . Usually storing payment methods mean you don’t have to recall anything on the card . Nonsensical
