If I could do 0 stars, I would! This place has been the worst experience ever. Everyone is rude and short with their answers. I understand the job is difficult and can be overwhelming but you’d think people with brains would have more empathy a little bit. Their system to process bill pay via checks is also terrible! They constantly are making checks bounce back which gives us a random fee that ranges from $6-$60 now! We did bill pay recently and thought it was fine and they told us the bill was paid. We woke up this morning to it being cut off and them telling us we can only pay in cash now and hung up in my face. I hope someone is going to come in and fix this department. They make lawrenceville look terrible. If there was another option, we would switch in a heartbeat!
Zero Stars would be generous. Their gas is 3x the cost of their competitors and because they know as a home owner you are stuck with them, they offer no flexibility. Purchased a home, my first months Bill was over 500, ( after the deposit) for Gas ONLY! Found out they were charging 1.42 per therm, my previous company was 52 cents per therm. So I disconnected my stove, purchased an airfryer, electric cook top, Electric Fryer and now the Bill is reasonable. As soon as I am able to change to an electric water heater I can be done with them.
I moved to another area a month ago and told them to disconnect the power. I paid for the last month I lived there. When I moved, they told me my deposit would arrive at my new address, and when I came to check, it hadn't arrived yet. They told me I owe $141 more than the last bill, which was for $341. They made a big bill to keep the deposit, and on top of that, I had to pay them $141 more. I haven't lived there for a month now. It makes no sense! 😡👎👎👎👎 I came to check on it because it still hasn't arrived, and they tell me I owe another $141—claiming the last bill was actually $341.
